The hotel was perfect for our Easter weekend! The staff was accommodating, helpful, and super friendly. The location is amazing, just a short walk from the beach and near lots of great restaurants. The room was modern, clean, and spacious with a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast had a variety of fresh options, and we enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi during our stay.

One of the few things we wished was different was the size of the bathroom, as it was a bit small. However, it was clean and functional so this was not a big concern.

The hotel reception had received a reservation weeks in advance. When I arrived at the hotel told me they do not have any rooms available. They had a week to inform me of this. Luckily someone had just cancel the reservation and I got a room. The hotel's reception activity was unprofessional. The room will reach the strong traffic noise if the room is located on the main street side.

The hotel's location on the outskirts of town means there are not many attractions or restaurants within walking distance.

There was no concern or stress about leaving our things in the room, walking around the streets, finding places to eat, and the cleanliness of the rooms. We felt at home in an efficiently run small hotel. The price was good as well. Access to public transportation was good and well explained by staff. WI-FI connection was good.

We loved the hotel's location between two popular beaches, making it easy to take a refreshing swim. Additionally, it was close to Santos' commercial centre, providing various dining and shopping options. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices.

The hotel location was very convenient, close to the beach and restaurants. We were also pleased with the friendly and helpful staff who recommended good places to eat in the area. As for the room, it was modern, clean, and had a comfortable bed. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh options to choose from.

The view from the room wasn't the best and we could only see the neighboring building, but it didn't bother us much since we spent most of the day outside. Another drawback was the fact that parking in the hotel's lot was not free and you had to pay a fee.
